Terms of Service

By accessing or using Koncrate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service scope

Koncrate provides a unified MCP gateway, plugin catalog, and billing rails for controlled tool execution.

2. Accounts and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for account security, workspace-level access control, and all actions performed with your credentials.

3. Plugin usage and approvals

Agents may request plugin installs, but human approval is required before tools are exposed. You are responsible for the plugins you install and enable.

4. Billing and credits

Paid features may require credit purchases or subscriptions. Charges are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Koncrate credits are prepaid platform usage units; they are not a stored-value instrument or cryptocurrency.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Koncrate to violate laws, abuse third-party services, or bypass platform security controls.

6. Service changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
