Refund Policy

This policy describes how Koncrate handles refund requests for credit purchases and related charges.
1. Credits
Purchased credits are normally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in verified billing error cases.
2. Billing errors
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with transaction details. Verified issues may be corrected by refund or credit adjustment.
3. Subscription cancellations
For plugin subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals based on provider terms. Past periods are generally not prorated unless required by law.
4. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
